Why isn't there a full public price list?
Because gyms genuinely differ — a 150-member single gym and a three-branch chain with PT session payouts and attendance hardware shouldn't pay the same. Single-branch gyms start at ₹1,999/month; your exact per-gym number comes on your first call, and it's one quote, not a negotiation.
Are there hidden or per-member charges?
No. Your quote is per gym and covers the product. It won't silently climb because your member count grew — growing gyms are the point.
Is there a lock-in or a long contract?
No lock-in. FitSync is billed monthly and you can stop anytime. And your data is yours — members, payments, dues and history export in full whenever you want, including the day you leave.
Is onboarding and data migration extra?
Onboarding — including migrating members, packages and dues from Excel or your old software — is part of getting you started. We'll spell out anything hardware-related (like attendance cameras) clearly in your quote.
What does the attendance hardware cost?
Face-recognition needs a camera and the FitSync LAN bridge inside your gym's network. It's optional — manual check-in works without it — and if you want it, the hardware is itemised as a clear one-time line in your quote, sized to your space.
Is there a demo before committing?
Always. The free demo comes first, on your workflows, in Hindi or English — and the quote follows it. No payment details are needed to see the product.
