Straight answers
Can my front desk at one branch see another branch's members?
No. Front-desk users are assigned to a single branch and see only that branch's members, payments and follow-ups. Only owners and super admins can switch between branches.
Do I need the multi-branch features if I run one gym?
FitSync works exactly the same for a single gym — roles and permissions are just as useful with one location. Multi-branch is there the day you expand, with no migration needed.
Can I customise what each staff member can access?
Yes. Beyond the four roles, every staff member has granular permission switches — dashboard, enquiries, members, follow-ups, finance, staff, settings — including add/edit/delete rights where relevant.
